本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、本アプリ「ニッポン制覇」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
本アプリは、日本各地の観光地への訪問を記録・管理することを目的としたアプリです。表示される観光地の情報や画像は、正確性・完全性・最新性を保証するものではありません。実際の訪問にあたっては、利用者自身で最新の情報をご確認ください。
本アプリは、自動更新サブスクリプション「サポーター」を提供します。サポーターになることで、同じ観光地の訪問記録を何度でも残せる機能、データのバックアップ・復元、写真の保存枚数の制限解除、広告の非表示、共有マップ画像の高解像度出力等の機能を利用できます。
サポーターには月額プランと年額プランがあり、期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新を解除しない限り、同じ期間・同じ価格で自動更新されます。自動更新の解除は、iOS の「設定 → Apple アカウント → サブスクリプション」からいつでも行えます。解除した場合も、すでにお支払いいただいた期間の終了まではご利用いただけます。
2026年9月以前に買い切りの「プレミアム」をご購入いただいた方は、追加のお支払いなく、上記の機能を引き続きご利用いただけます。
課金は Apple App Store を通じて行われ、購入・返金等の取扱いは Apple の定める規約に従います。本アプリの運営者は、Apple の決済システムに起因する事象について責任を負いません。
本アプリは、無料で利用する場合に第三者配信事業者による広告を表示します。広告の取扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
利用者が本アプリに登録した写真・メモ等のデータは、原則として利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。これらのデータの管理およびバックアップは利用者の責任で行うものとし、本アプリの運営者は、端末の故障・紛失・アプリのアンインストール等によるデータの消失について責任を負いません。
利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本アプリおよび本アプリに含まれるコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。観光地の画像等については、各画像のクレジット・ライセンスに従うものとします。
本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、本アプリの内容の正確性・有用性・特定目的への適合性等について、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は法令上許容される範囲で責任を負いません。
運営者は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への事前の通知なく本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の本規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the app "Nippon Seiha" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all matters relating to your use of the App.
The App is designed to record and manage visits to sightseeing spots across Japan. The spot information and images shown in the App are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. Please confirm current information yourself before visiting any spot.
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription called “Supporter”. Becoming a supporter unlocks recording a visit to the same place as many times as you return, backup and restore of your data, removal of the limit on the number of saved photos, removal of ads, and high-resolution export of the shared map image.
Supporter is available as a monthly or a yearly plan. Each subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. If you turn it off, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you bought the one-time “Premium” upgrade before September 2026, you keep access to the features above at no further cost.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, and purchases, refunds, and related matters are handled in accordance with Apple's terms. The operator of the App is not responsible for events arising from Apple's payment system.
When the App is used for free, it displays advertising delivered by a third-party ad network. Please see the separate Privacy Policy for how advertising is handled.
Photos, notes, and other data you record in the App are, as a rule, stored only on your own device. You are responsible for managing and backing up this data. The operator of the App is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure or loss, deletion of the App, or similar events.
You must not do any of the following when using the App:
Intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to the operator or to the respective rights holders. Images of sightseeing spots and similar materials are subject to the credit and license attached to each image.
The App is provided "as is". The operator makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App's content. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages you incur through use of the App.
The operator may change these Terms without prior notice to users where the operator deems it necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the App, the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction by agreement.
