本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、本アプリ「ニッポン制覇」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本ポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。
本アプリは、以下の情報を利用者の端末内にのみ保存します。これらの情報は、本アプリの運営者が運営するサーバーへ送信・収集されることはありません。
これらのデータは、本アプリをアンインストールすることで端末から削除されます。また、本アプリのバックアップ機能を利用した場合、利用者自身の操作により、写真を含むデータが ZIP ファイルとして書き出され、利用者が選択した共有先（他アプリ、クラウドストレージ等）へ送られることがあります。書き出されたデータの管理は利用者の責任で行ってください。
本アプリは、以下の第三者サービスを利用しており、これらのサービスが独自に情報を取得する場合があります。取得される情報の詳細および取扱いについては、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

本アプリは、無料で利用する場合に Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告配信のために、広告識別子等の情報が利用されることがあります。利用者は、端末の設定（iOS の「トラッキング」設定や広告識別子のリセット等）により、パーソナライズ広告に関する設定を変更できます。
プレミアム（買い切り）を購入した場合、広告は表示されません。
本アプリでは、訪問数、訪問都道府県数および全国達成率などの集計情報から「制覇録」の画像を作成し、端末への保存または共有を行えます。制覇録には、利用者が登録した写真、メモ、訪問日および個々の観光地名は含まれません。
共有を選択した場合、利用者が選んだ共有先のアプリまたはサービスへ制覇録の画像が送信されます。共有先での情報の取扱いは、各サービスの規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本アプリのプレミアム機能およびテーマパックは、Apple App Store を通じた買い切り課金により提供されます。決済は Apple により処理され、本アプリの運営者がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得することはありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
端末内に保存された訪問記録・写真等は、本アプリ内の操作、または本アプリのアンインストールにより削除できます。第三者サービスが保有する情報の取扱いについては、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページ上で告知します。

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how information about users is handled in the app "Nippon Seiha" (the "App"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Policy.
The App stores the following information only on your own device. This information is never transmitted to or collected by any server operated by the operator of the App.
This data is removed from your device when you uninstall the App. In addition, if you use the App's backup feature, your own action exports the data, including photos, as a ZIP file, which may then be sent to a destination you choose (another app, cloud storage, and so on). You are responsible for managing exported data.
The App uses the third-party services below, and these services may collect information independently. For details of what is collected and how it is handled, please see each service's own privacy policy.

When the App is used for free, it displays advertising from Google AdMob. Information such as the advertising identifier may be used to deliver ads. You can change your personalized-advertising settings through your device settings (for example, the iOS "Tracking" setting, or resetting the advertising identifier).
If you purchase Premium (a one-time purchase), no ads are displayed.
The App can create a "Conquest Book" image from aggregate information such as your number of visited spots, number of visited prefectures, and national completion rate, and you can save it to your device or share it. The Conquest Book does not include the photos you added, your notes, your visit dates, or the names of individual sightseeing spots.
If you choose to share, the Conquest Book image is sent to the app or service you select. Handling of the information at that destination is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
Premium and the theme packs in the App are provided as one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple, and the operator of the App does not receive payment details such as credit card numbers.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Visit records, photos, and other data stored on your device can be deleted from within the App or by uninstalling the App. Information held by third-party services is handled in accordance with each service's own privacy policy.
This Policy may be revised as necessary. If there is a significant change, notice will be given in the App or on this page.
